what is communism

Communism is where each piece of land is publicly owned and where each person works and is payed according to their needs. This is a major problem because one guy could work hard and really earn his wealth. Then there is another guy that is poor and does  not work so much. This is a problem because then under the communism law, they have to pay this man for not working hard because he is needy for money. This would be unfair to the hard working man because he has money and is not needy and worked for his money but is not getting money from the government because he is not poor.

Why communism is bad

Communism is bad because you can just look at the soviets. What happened over there went terribly wrong. The soviets forced collectivization which is basically bringing people together and making labor forces and trying to spread. Stalin used this by getting a lot of people and land, and making peasant farms. He was controling every thing, and as you can see, it did not end up working as he went on to kill thousands .

Say no to Communism

It doesn't give anyone anything to strive for. This is because of the fact that communism makes everyone equal but in a bad way  because everyone has the same salary no matter the job. The government controls the markets and the market prices as well so businesses would have no say on pricing or tariffs.  Marx put ten rules in his Communist Manifesto for all land and property for the good of the national community. This means any land owned by the people becomes government property for the use of the nation. This basically means you have no rights to own land. Communism strips people of their rights and is not the way to govern a nation.

Communism in the Soviet Union (Jake)

Communism has led to the horrible events in the Communist Soviet Union. In Communist Soviet Union, under the rule of Stalin. Stalin killed thousands and thousands of his own people, when he was supposed to be leading his people and keeping them safe, he massacred them by the thousands.

The Downfalls of Communism

Communism believes that the government should control the market and all businesses. This is bad for the economy, because if the government is controlling the economy, they can set prices as low as they want to please the people. But, if they aren't selling them for correct market value, the government will be losing money because they're selling goods below what they should be.

Why We Should Oppose Communism

Communism has to do with class war also known as class struggle. Class struggle is part of the marxist ideology. Class struggle just by the word, it sounds wrong. Class struggle has to with inevitable violence or can not be avoided violence. An example is Stalin. He got land and people and threw them on a farm and made them slaves/peasants. This is not a good idea because they will probably rebel. This led to Stalin killing thousands of people.

Communism and Why it is Not Successful

Communism may always look good on paper, but in the history of countries using communism as their base government, things have not been what the people thought that they would be. Communism looks great on paper, everybody is working for one another to reach the common goal of happiness for all, but, that seldom happens in communist countries. Communism is supposed to be classless and moneyless with common equality for all people, but it turns out to be a social order that restricts the peoples power and rights, and puts the power of government officials/monarchs above the power of everyone else.
